You don't have to do it alone.

This space is dedicated to deep healing through embodied presence and compassionate support.

Connection is the medicine —When your nervous system senses safety, healing can begin.

I offer somatic work that honors both the wisdom of the body and the power of being truly met. Somatic work begins in the body — in the tissue, the breath, the nervous system — to resolve the effects of trauma. Here, that work is held in relationship, because healing that lasts rarely happens in isolation; we heal in connection.

Whether you're seeking structural change or a deeper sense of safety in yourself, this is a place to be held while you find your way.

Heal Trauma with Somatic Experiencing (SE) and CoRegulating Touch

Maybe you've done the work — therapy, bodywork, all of it — and something still feels just out of reach. Not because you haven't tried, but because some things can't be talked through. They live somewhere older, somewhere before words.

CoRegulating Touch is slow, present, attuned contact — not to fix or adjust, but to accompany. When the nervous system experiences consistent, safe presence, it begins to learn something it may never have had the chance to learn: that it is safe to exist.

What to expect: Sessions are quiet and unhurried. You remain fully clothed. Touch is gentle and still, guided by your nervous system's responses rather than a predetermined protocol. This work is relational at its core — what heals is the quality of presence as much as the touch itself.

Structural Bodywork

Structural Integration is a deeper approach to bodywork, and works with the body's connective tissue — fascia — to improve alignment, ease chronic tension, and restore more efficient movement.

What to expect: Sessions can be structured as a classic ten-series, which follows a progressive map of the body, or approached more flexibly based on your goals. Each session is hands-on, with sustained contact applied to specific areas of the body. You remain clothed or work in comfortable undergarments. Many clients notice cumulative changes in posture, pain, and overall ease of movement.
