Structural Bodywork
Structural Integration is a deeper approach to bodywork — a specialized system of manual bodywork and movement education.
Structural Integration, developed by Ida Rolf and also known as Rolfing, works with fascia — the connective tissue found throughout the body — and is designed to bring the segments of the body (head and neck, torso, pelvis, legs, and feet) into balanced relationship, providing more effortless support for movement and life.
You may choose to embark on the journey of 10 sessions as developed by Ida Rolf, or we can address specific goals you have or conditions you'd like to resolve.
